Hello,

 

Will I find any flicker problems with LED bulbs that are dimmable? Shooting on Red Weapon 23.98

 

Wanting to get this for less heat and wattage.

It is quite possible and actually pretty likely; you need to test before hand. Even non-dimmed, many of the LED bulbs out there are kind of crap when it comes to flicker. You can sometimes get rid of it with shutter angle, though not always. Best bet, buy tungsten to dim.

Heat from practical an issue?  Really?

Less wattage, less light without a color shift, buy an assortment of low wattage Tungsten: 15, 25, 40w/
