It's not a camera mount. It's a specifically built tele extender attachment for an Angenieux zoom lens.

In use, the interchangeable mount of the zoom lens is removed and this would likely fit between the lens and the mount.

Or did you mean that this doesn't itself attach to the camera but the mount that is removed from the Angenieux lens is then reattached to the telezoom's other side?
