Was curious if anyone had a to-do on making one.

Where can I buy foam core of a good thickness and where can I buy the dimpled foil for the shinny side?

Home Depot sells beadboard in a variety of thicknesses and sizes. It's in the Insulation section. Filmtools also sell it.

Home Depot/Lowes.

Insulfoam board will have a softish silver on one side then gaff tape a piece of Foamcore to it to make it ridged.

Silver/White breadboard now has a hard silver face.

You can buy a roll of Lee/Rosco Silver or Gold  and spray glue it to whatever board you want also.

Fold Black paper tape over the edges of the foam to keep the loose styro bits from spreading all over.  Makes for a nice finished look.

The Best way I have found is to start by wrapping the 2 sheets when they are 4x8 as one unit using White gaffers tape or White Duct tape.  Then using either a Skilsaw with a straight edge or a table saw Cut the individual sizes as needed.  Finishing their edges with either tapes of you choosing.  The saw makes  for a really nice clean edge look.

For nice durability use 1/2" Gator board in place of the foam core.
