After a few days of searching the internet and making phone calls it has been painfully difficult to locate camera body "port caps" for ENG B4 (2/3") cameras. This is the cap that covers the sensor so  a pretty important part.

Sony's glorious parts department seems to think I'm speaking a different language even though I have given them the part number.

Can anyone please help me find these?

Try MTF Services. They sell mount adaptors that take them, so they may be able to help.

A last ditch option could be to measure up your camera and design and print your own custom lens cap with a 3D printer (the plastic seems to have just the right stiffness-flexibility for lens/body caps).

I'm brushing up on Solidoworks skills (3D CAD) at the moment - cant imagine it being that complex, so if you send me the specs of the cap I can prob upload an .stl somewhere (3D printer file).
