Saving Scene File to Memory Stick

I recently began working strictly with the Sony F900 as an operator and slightly less-than-knowledgeable DIT. I'm very well versed with the menus but haven't quite got the hang of saving a scene file (or multiple scene files) to the memory stick, transferring them to another F900, and then loading and re-saving them again. I've walked through the process using Wheeler's book but still couldn't nail it down. If anyone has an online resource or could give me an idiot proof step-by-step walkthrough I'd really appreciate it.
