I´m going to make a short, but in my country we don´t have a laboratory, that´s why I´m gpoing to develop the film in Argentina, but there they use PAL, and in my country we use NTSC, in the laboratory can make the transfer to NTSC.

I have two doubts

1. The tape to make the transfer have some indication? any can ework for NTSC, or PAL? that format is putting in the machine or it comes in the tape?

2. BEtacam Digital is better than BEtacam SP?

Hi,

I've never come across a tape format that cares what sort of stock it is. In other words, yes, a tape sold in an NTSC country will work in a PAL deck - but it can be a bad idea to try and reuse a tape that's been recorded in one format in another.

Digital Betacam will look better than Beta SP, but it's usually much more expensive to handle.
