Hi,

What do you intend to shoot with it, and what is your budget?

I have both of Angenieux 25-250mm and 24-290mm optimo....I'm cheer for Optimo...cause you will have more 1 stop and so sharpness more than HR..but rent price is so expensive.....

The HR's breathe so much; some assistants call them "Heavy Respirators". Has anyone else noticed this or is it just me?

Do the HRs still get used much? I only ever remember using it once on a feature. Otherwise it's all been the Cooke 18-100mm at first and the Angénieux Optimos (24-290mm and 17-80mm) once they got released.
