I'm trying to take some DVCPro HD screen grabs off a FCP timeline. Exporting single frames from the timeline results in anamorphically squeezed images. What is the proper way to save an unsqueezed frame grab in the proper aspect ratio?

File> export via quicktime conversion> select format>still image>options> size> set your output size to a 16:9 ratio and voila.

You can also take the FCP exported frames into Photoshop and resize them to 1920x1080. That's what I do.
