I went and bought a big-ass generator. It's a '61 Onan. It's old school with the big, long stroke diesel. It can kick out 130V tops at 195 amps per phasae leg continuous. In practice, it will probably kick out a dependable 150 amps per leg (450 total usability) all day long. I still have to build a blimp around it with the rat maze, in and out drafts.
If you want the lead on the guy who sold it to me, let me know. He's a straight shooter. He installs units new and resells the removed units at a low price.
