Hi,

im sure this toppic has ben discussed before but i couldnt find anything usefull. does anyone know how that flare effect was achieved ? im thinking of those very long diagonal flares of the streetlights during some of the driving scenes.
was that a lens or a digital effect ?

thanks for the help.

I don't know, but I remember thinking that it probably was water and/or oil smeared on a flat, or something.
