I consider this film to be among the best photographed films of the 1980's and I'm wondering about the technical details since I'm having a hard time finding anything on the internet. (he also shot Secretary in 2002; another favourite of mine). Does he teach at those silly Maine workshops? Can I get this guy's email so I can pick his brain..? Thanks.

I have his email address, but I'm not going to give it out.

However, if you send me a nice introduction email for him, I will forward it to his address and it would be up to him if he responds to you. I believe he's currently shooting "Entourage" for cable, but maybe he's doing something else these days.
