I have flipped through about half of the posts so far but haven't seen this addressed directly.

I have a new-to-me Canon 814 AZ and am wondering if T200 will register as a 200 film in this camera, like Tri-X?

Last question. It's been a while since I have used a true light meter. What sort of inexpensive meters would you folks recommend? I have fresh wein batts in the on camera meter but am not sure if I should trust it yet.

Thanks guys,

Sean

Yes, it will. The autozoom uses "the hook" for its cart reader. Similar to the Zeiss Ikon series and the Nikon R-10's "wedge". All speeds are readable up to the specs of the camera(s). The autozoom, according to the manual, specs up to 250 tungsten.

Cool. I was hoping it would. Now I have a decent color neg. film for the toolkit.

Thanks.

Hi

I shot some T200 in a Canon 814, a couple weeks ago - using the internal light metre. Got it back from the lab last week and the footage looks great - no major problems with exposure.

I'm definatly going to shoot some more stuff in super 8 on this stock - its really nice.
