I'm shooting a scene in a low light situation. I'm in the middle of shooting tests and plan to push 2 stops (shooting on vision 2 500t), 1 stop, and then a normal exposure. Is it necessary to shoot all three of these tests or should I just do a normal exposure and another pushed 2 stops (which I've already shot)?

Well, why not be thorough? If you only test a 2-stop push, what if you don't like the results and think "I wonder what a one-stop push would have looked like?"

That was the original plan. I was just wandering if you thought it was overkill and if I should save a little film and money.
