Haven't got my camera in from my seller quite yet, but after much research I'm still in the cold about whether this baby can run the effects functions with the new Ektachrome stock.

For the most part - I'll be shooting manual, but it'd be nice to use the in-camera dissolve and fades (which have to be done with the automatic exposure) if I wanted, versus doing them in post.

The manual reads film speeds of 40-160. Some people are saying it's one OR the other. I find that hard to believe on such a high-end camera for the day. I know I could mod the meter, but wouldn't have the slightest clue what I was doing, directions or no. Mr. Fix It, I am not.

Anyone else on here have this or the 709 who has tried the new 64T?? I'm hearing you have to close it up F2/3 to compensate for the inaccuracies.
