I am looking for a decent first light meter. I haven't used one in about 15 years. I was looking at two models, the Sekonic L-308 and the L-508. Both have cinema settings and would be faster to use than the L-298 or other analogs as the reading is direct, no dials to play with.

Both manuals are on the Sekonic site.

Thanks for the input,
