I'm shooting s16 for transfer to Hight Def and it seems to me I should be shooting at 30 fps for max quality but most are shooting at 24 fps why ?

Hi,

24 fps is the film 'look' speed. Shoot and transfer at 30 has a different look. You should test and see what you prefer.
