Hello there!!

this is a 35mm question of sorts

I've been doing still photography for a few months now, but i'm not a photograhers photograher so i'm told, as I prefer the style, feel and imagery used in cinematograpghy as thats the way my image taking has adapted because I'm more a fan of film and cinema than still photograghy.
Bascially i want to know if anyone here knows the ratio between the lenses of a 35mm slr to a 16 or 35mm camcorder, I'm currently reading on cinematogrpghy to use and adopt the methods but cant find anylinks.
I currently use a 28mm lens on my slr cameras as 16mm creates and awful fisheye effect, but wondering if i should use a 35mm or 24mm lens.

So any P/T still phtographers who could help me, your time and patience will be very valuable per me.
