What is the last film that you know about that has been distributed in optical Dolby SR only?

p.s. I mean films for wide cinema distribution, at least in US

Even Woody Allen's pictures, which usually have a monoaural mix, have digital tracks. Prints from independent distributors with lower budgets may release with only an analog track to save licensing and any extra lab charges for the digital systems.

Yes, but what I wanted to know is when did this transition take place (which was the last significant movie that got released in analog sound only)

Most of the transition occured within a few years of when the digital systems (Dolby Digital, DTS, and Sony SDDS) were introduced, in the early 1990's. Some Internet searching for credits on the various titles (or looking at the end credits on the DVDs) should indicate which prints had digital tracks available. As I noted, some independent distributors were slower to adopt digital sound on releases, so defining "significant movie" is difficult.
