The highlight of the cinec is the cinecAward for outstanding achievements and trendsetting technical developments. The cinecAward will be awarded in the following categories:
Camera Technology, Optics, Camera Support/Grip, Camera Equipment, Lighting Engineering, Postproduction/Digital Editing. An eligible ?clever idea?, which is time-saving or cost-saving or which facilitates the work on the set in other ways, might be awarded with a special prize. The cinecForum on THE FUTURE OF CINEMATOGRAPHY deals with the various and changing technical requirements and aspects of film-making.
In 2006, the cinecForum will focus on PROFESSIONAL DIGITAL FILM EDITING with talks, workshops and screening.
Furthermore, product presentations, seminars, workshops and talks on current topics and novelties will accompany the fair.
