I am shooting a movie on a GL2 and It is going to be shown at a film festival.

What are the best settings to export my movie under? If it helps Im using a Final Cut Studio setup so I have all that stuff at my dispose.

Also, when I export my movie for quicktime uncompressed, the movie looks blocky and the diagonals have zig zag lines. How do I export to quicktime, uncompressed, so that it looks as good as it does in the FCP preview? I want it to look good on DVD, not blocky.
