Lights in supermarket are of approximately 3200 K. I plan to have my shoot using Fuji 500 ASA which suites the T stop I need. Do I need to place extra lights to give some kickers for the talents ?

Depends how much contrast you want. I find a small kino for eyelight or a small silver reflector next to camera works nice.

Depends on the look you want. Normally in those situations, I bring some Kinoflos in with tubes that match what are in the overheads. Then I can add a little more light to a face, add a soft kicker, etc.
