Hello, I'm interested in any information on the Fries 435 camera. How is the viewing system for operating? Are you able to ramp with the camera? Ease of use for assistants, etc. Any information from peoplw who have used this camera would be appreciated.

Hi,

Only a few ever built. There is one that has been sitting at Visual Products for a couple of years. I think it is the same one Fries had an agent try to sell on Ebay before that.

FWIW the high bid on Ebay was $10,500. There was a reserve of $20,000 I found out. Since then camera values have fallen. The Ebay camera was unused direct from Fries. I don't know about the parts situation as Fries no longer exists as such. The people who worked at Fries do still carry out repairs and modifications.
