Greetings,

I am helping produce a TV show that the EP would like to use the "frozen time" effect for. I am in contact with the better known providers of this effect but I figured I would post here as well. If you have experience doing this effect and have samples of your work, please send me a PM.

thanks

I worked on a commercial about 6 years ago where we used this technique. The company that created the effect was named 'Paws'. I'm not sure whether they're still around or not, but they did nice work at the time. I would think that finding someone to do this effect for 'cheap' would be pretty tough considering the amount of equipment and manpower that is needed to pull it off.
