i got a K3 and haven't gotten around to testing it yet... it's a standard 16 camera. now i've got this friend that has a fridge full off super16 stock. Can this be used on a standard 16 camera?

Super-16 Film is just 16mm with 1-perf, so yes you can use it on a standard 16 camera.

You can use it on the K3, but not all standard 16 cameras take super 16 stock, especially older ones. While it's standardized now for all 16mm cameras to have a sprockets only on the super 16 side, several older cameras have sprockets on both sides and will tear up your film if you try to run super 16 through. Always check to make sure your camera can take super 16!

You don't have to worry if your camera will take 1R stock if it's a K3, there aren't any designed for 2R as far as I know.
