Hi there. Do you know of any online test comparisson between stocks from kodak and fuji?

Something that analizes saturation, grain, highlights and sadow capabilities...

There must be something. Thanks!

Nothing extensive, not with so many stocks made by each company, plus they keep getting updated! Besides, the format you are shooting in makes a difference. If you're wondering about grain, for example, why look at 35mm tests if you are shooting in 16mm (except to see relative graininess) and even then, you'd have to see the tests projected onto a theater screen to really see the grain, unless the tests enlarged a portion of the frame to make the grain structure visible. On a TV screen or computer monitor, often 35mm 50 ASA and 500 ASA don't look much different in graininess, and certainly Kodak and Fuji can look rather similar.

You need to shoot your own comparison tests.

Truth is, though, I've never personally shot a side-by-side comparison. I pick either Kodak or Fuji and test the stock I think I'll be using, with maybe an alternative for comparison. You can see demos of all these stocks; Kodak, for example, runs screenings at their offices in a theater once a week.
