I'm shooting a film in Iowa next month and looking to capture the look of a sleepy midwest town. I quite like the way "What's eating Gilbert Grape?" looks. The off-centre close-ups, extreme long shots and the slightly discolored sunsets. Any suggestions? How does one get the best of this look? What stock would you suggest? What would you do in post?

Pls help,

thx, Zalfa.
