Hello guys,

I am going to shoot a short in the next couple of months and I would like to get a small jib with a hot head but I am unsure of where to get a quote from or even which jib to get. I will be shooting in Orange CA in November so if anyone has any tips for me that would be great.

Hi,

I don't know Orange well, but in Hollywood here are a few examples of small size jibs for the dvx. You can find them on their websites. Both jibs are smooth and solid. Spreader about 20-25 exra. I've only used them with an O'conner head.

Wooden Nickel
Losmany Portajib 6ft? 125/day

Alan Gordon
Focus Microjib 3ft 50/day
