simple question asked by a simple mind:

A sungun is a battery powered light that you can use on a location where you don't have access to a power supply. They're often used on news and documentaries.

Traditionally they were 30V 250 watt tungsten, but there are now also battery powered 200 watt HMI daylight kits. However, the small on board 12v lights have now replaced the 30v units in news operations.
