Hi, someone knows if zeiss 9.5mm T1.3 prime lens covers super 16 format?

yes, this lens covers the 1,66 (max super 16 format).

Officially no, it does not. In practice, some do and some don't. But all that do cover do so poorly, meaning that there is considerable chromatic abberation in the corners, as well as a loss of resolving power and some darkening. How much this is an issue for you is something that only you can decide. You should evaluate the individual lens on a lens projector at a proper camera facility.
