if you have the M-42 K3 and the M42 version of the lens., it should be useable.. The one in the picture is for another mount and does not show an AUTO-MANUAL lever. That is a requirment ot use any m-42 lens on a maovie camera.

(Anther thread I was reading today refered to using Camera tape to get arround that requirmnet and no sane person who had a choice would take that risk. )

Check with the dealer to make sure it can be used in the manual position, and if so your chaces are good that you can use it on an M-42
