Hello again,

I found this quote on another site: "Virtually any 16mm film stock can be used with the Double Super 8 system..."

Is this true?

Thanks.

John Schwind's International Film and Jesse Chambless's Chambless Cine Equipment are just two of many sources for regular 8mm and DS8 film. Both have websites. Because the size and spacing of sprocket holes on 16mm film stock is different from those of regular 8mm or DS8 film stock, it cannot be used in place of those stocks.
