I'm thinking to make a better composite of live action scenes would it be a good idea to film an empty street for source footage on a medium grain 16mm stock then filming my actors in front of a greenscreen on finer grain 35mm stock THEN compositing all of this together for a DVD output for DVD distribution only.

My question is : Would doing this make a very life like composite, a superior look? Much better than 16/16 or 35/35 composite?

Thanks, Niki
