Super 16 to 35 mm??

Any idea where City of God film did their blow up from Super 16 to 35 mm. If you know, please let me know. Am trying to search on the net but can't find. Will appreciate a quick reply

I know it was done in Brazil but it was just a transfer to HDCAM and then a CRT recording out to 5245 camera negative, then pushed two stops I believe.

They used two labs for post-production actually. Estudios Mega and Megacolor. I think the blowup was done by Megacolor.
