Hello!!

Here's the situation. A friend of mine fiddled around with a sekonic 608 and now it's readings are always consistently 8 stops underexposed. I thought maybe he accidentally set filter compensation or shutter angle. Tried resetting the switches in the back but nothing happened. I heard of 608 problems with being accidently locked, could that be the reason? Any ideas?

Thank you!
