Kern POE 18-100 lens vs spotmeter discrepancy

I am using a kern vario-switar 16 -100 1:1,9 f16-100mm POE BOLEX H16RX on a BOLEX REX5 camera

Lens settings:
24fps
asa 50
shutter open


I am checking exposure agaist a Sekonic L-508 CINE zoom master spot meter

Spot Meter Settings:
24fps
asa 50
Shutter angle 135 degrees

I am shooting a gray card.

WHY is the lens galvanometer showing f 5.8
and the spot meter f.4 ??

I am worried about this as I have an upcoming shoot where we are planning to use this lens in auto mode.
Could it be that the lens galvanometer is not calibrated ?
If I set (by moving the asa dial) the lens galvanometer to read the same as the hand held spot meter is it an acceptable solution?

all your suggestions and advice are welcome.
