Hi,

I wanted to know is it really a good practice to use a color chip chart( like the one from dsc labs.)?,
What is it precisely?
And If it is really beneficial to use one why arent they really used in video or HD shoots?

Also, could you kindly guide me as to how to setup a color chip chart, light it, and where shld the colors lie on the vectorscope?

Thanks
