Hi
I´m wondering what is the exact name for the 6 sided boxes you transport 35mm prints in.
A director I work with wants to order some, but Neither he or I know what ask for in english.

Do they even have a "name"?

Thanks

They are called trunks - film trunks.

In many parts of the world they are obsolete: each reel is packed in shrinkwrap, then in a cardboard carton with sheets of card in between each reel.

they are also often called "goldbergs," after the name of an early distributor.
