cheapest place for a video tap?

looking to video tap my Bolex EBM.

place to go where they do reliable work, but wont
cost too much.

I was able to rig up my own for $100. As far as I know, doing a true tap isn't easy so placing a CCTV camera on the viewfinder is the only reasonable way of doing it. Check out the link below.
