I have been a fan of these shows for quite some time and I'm very interested in HD technology. What is the status of these shows, in terms of how HD-ready they are?

This is what I've been able to gather so far, but I hope some of you have a more intimate knowledge of what exactly the status is:

Buffy the Vampire Slayer-Shot on 35mm, apparently also shot 1.78:1 for every episode, given that the BBC has broadcast full 16:9 episodes before

Angel-Always looked good in syndication, unfortunately TNT-HD airs P&S SD versions. Also has a 1.78:1 (letterboxed on network air) ratio

Friends-I heard a rumor that WB was remastering this show in HD, but apparently was SD for its ENTIRE run

The X Files-was shown letterboxed for a while, looks very good, but I suspect the amount of CGI would hamper an HD transfer for a while

Will & Grace-was HD for at least the last two seasons, before that: unknown

That 70s Show-This was SD when I saw the finale last spring.
