Some of the early shots seem to have some headroom issues. A good chunk of them had too much headroom, and one or two had too little. I think you should start the reel with some of the more dynamice shots (as oppossed to the talking heads) like the stuff during the cancer part with the kids on the slide, etc... Also, I think it cuts a bit fast for a reel.
Other than that I didn't see any big problems and I thought you had some very nice shots in there.
