Miami vice,was there some scenes done on film???

Hi
I just watched Miami vice on dvd, know I know it was shot on HD, but was there some scenes shot on film???
because I watched the special features and It looked like they had some film cameras on set. when it shows the blocking of the apartment scene it looks like they had film cameras. I cant really remember but its been bugging me for a few days,I might rent the movie again. but does anyone know?
Also the scene when Yuro is on the phone in his office looks like it was shot on film, I could be wrong?

IIRC, Mann, just as with "Collateral" shot film mostly for the daytime scenes, or where the digital wasn't up to par in certain technical situations, such as slo-mo.

I'd say 90% or more of it is digital, and the way Mann shoots digital, it is easy to tell when he is shooting it because of the smearing/skintones :(

He really should have shot that rooftop night scene differently...talk about noise!

According to this, some shots that suffered from low light had to be "fixed" later by DTS Digital Images :
