So I'm about to transfer but i can't decide if I should major in Film and try to get into UCLA or something, or if i should major in Communications with a concentration in TV/Film/Radio. On the film side, I get hands on experiance in a more film oriented way, but I can't do much with a degree in film. On the communications side, I can do a lot with communications if a film career doesn't work out for me.

So, what's your opinion?

Communications would teach me camera work, lighting, editing, etc for Television moreso then Film, but I could pick up the differences in Film and TV on my own with books and whatnot.
