Glanced at "Camera Assisstant" by Hart, seems mostly to do with film. Thanks in advance.

The Camera Assistant's Manual has short sections on video, 9 pages pertaining to the 1st AC and 4 pages pertaining to the 2nd AC, short enough to photocopy in a library if you can find it there.

All the fundamental concepts are the same. Thorough familiarity with the video camera being used is of course crucial.
