I'm editing 720 24pN dvcpro material on final cut pro and would like to output it to a dvcam o beta format.... (ntsc 29.97).
I would like to ask how could I do this?

SHOULD I SHOOT ON 30P INSTEAD OF 24P SINCE IT'S ENDING ON SD NTSC ANYWAY? THIS WAY I WON'T NEED TO TOUCH THE FRAmE RATE...
