Hi,
I'm setting up an ACL 2 to shoot a feature; it came with two Eclair on-board batteries and charger that hold up fine, but I think it wise to get a new battery pack just to be sure. The plug is canon to the camera and jaegger to the battery. Any suggestions?
Thank you,
Marc.

Marc, all you need is a 12volt NiCad small pack..Google it or Megabatteries.com...
Don't mind what type of plugs the new batts and charger come with since you're going to change them anyway.
Cut off the plugs and replace with 4pin Canon XLRs. Pin#1 is common or negative or ground.
Pin#4 is hot or positive or 12volts.
A2 Amp Hour would run a little longer than the ones you've got now, which are 1.2 Amp Hr.
Cheers, bernie
