Rick,
Cool stuff, I liked the shots at the end of your reel a lot. I think you should consider puttomg them at the beginning to start off with. The period piece and crucifix stuff is far more interesting and stylized than what you started off with. (just my take). I liked the color palette better in the latter shots, some of the beginning shots seemed a little warm for my taste.

Overall I'm impressed, I dig, good work. Likin Park is kinda over-used now a days, but I didn't mind, it worked okay.

Hi,

I feel the same way, I feel the shots at the end of the reel look much nicer than the shots at the beginning - much more 'classic' and high production value - more cinematic. I don't like the music - I feel it's too aggressive for a reel but that's a taste thing.

Nice! I would defintely also recommend you put the latter shots in the beginning or even omit the shots that are currently in the beginning. I think that the latter half of the reel is much more professional and interesting.
-My two cents

Open with your best shots. It's a first impression kind of thing.

Thanks guys for your advice I have changed it up since and whittled it down to about 1:25. I will post here when it has been changed. Should be up in the next week. Would love to see if you agree with the new cut. I kept the song (i know some of you didnt like it) but i did cut alot of the beginning and put some of the things you like better towards the front so let me know.

Thanks again.

I agree, put your best stuff first. Good stuff and a great variety of work. Your period piece stuff looked phenomenal.
