Is there a different way to power a EBM than the pistol grip battery? The pistol grip just makes it so damn big!

Years ago when I had one of these, there was a rectangular base that you could get and it had a place to plug in the standard "Canon" three prong plug from a 12 volt battery pack. That is what we always used.

There is a free PDF download of the EBM manual in the manuals section of this web forum. I do believe it shows the rectangular base.

you can get a EBM-to-12V battery cord from Procam or Du-art and then get a cheap battery off Ebay...
