I love the show Heroes but I am getting kind annoyed at the half the face out of focus look they have been going for in the last few episodes. It is cool for effect in a couple of shots but they are almost using it on every close up of claire and her father. I thought the first 7 or so episodes looked great but now it is becoming a little grating. Is anyone else bothered by this?

I noticed the same thing last night. I have to admit it's the first time I really noticed it, probably because they did over use it. It was really pronounced, and not in a good way, in my opinion.
