Hi.

Does anyone know whether the Beaulieu 1028 XL60 can properly expose Vision 500T film ?

Best regards.

Dear Matthew

The 1028XL60 can read up to 400 ASA by the cartridge notch ( check the ASA setting in the 500T cartridge).

BUT you can adjust the exposure +/- 4/5 of F-stop turning a small screw inside the cartridge camera compartiment. ;)

I think the correction for 400 to 500 ASA is 1/3 of F-stop. That`s right?

Best regards.

I have not used it but its clearly one of the Japaneese versions. To some people that is a bad thing.

I don't feel that to be a bad thing.

Doesn't seem like a terrible camera, but I don't have any hands on experience with one. Don't pay more just because it has the Beaulieu name on it.
