I'm shooting a short with the DVX with P+S Technik mini 35 adapter. I'm using Zeis Super Speed Primes. I just wanted to see if I could get some feedback from people that have used a similiar set up. I'm aware of a lot of the issues surrounding the use the adapter (2-3 stops of light, visible grain in hot spots, etc.) but is there any other advice people can give or helpful things to do to make the shoot go easier and the product come out nice ?

Hi Danny,

I know you didnt get any replies to your question but I'm wondering how you found using the setup? I'm about to shot a short in two weeks and will be using the exact same setup lenses and all.

Any advice?

cheers
Antoine

Please post stills when you shoot, I'm very interested to check out the quality of bokeh produced by this combination of adapter elements.
